My name is Rita Naa Densua Nelson. I am a child of the most High, a student and a makeup enthusiast and an artist by profession (insert weird laughter)
My love and interest for makeup has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. From wearing my mums lipstick and playing dress up (which every girl does duh) to always making an extra effort to look somewhat decent whenever and if ever i have to leave home for anywhere (also normal for every girl to do, siigghh) but I never really thought of making it my profession until a bosom friend, +Zara Abbey (love you Kiki) saw a potential in me that i hadn't seen yet. She convinced me to give it a try, notified me about a class that was organised by @nanaberko_mua (check her instagram) aka my fairy godmother of makeup (giggles) and that was the genesis of it all (officially that is)
From one class to the other, participating in several intensive makeup classes (since i didn't have the luxury of enrolling full time at that time) organised by @mschocho , @divynestyles aka @frompamwithlove and @lawrebabe_mua (all on instagram) I matured from a self taught mua (thanks to YouTube) to a two-time certified makeup artist! Regardless i still have much to learn and train under some coveted and renowned Ghanaian makeup artists (which I'm super excited for and can't wait)
I'm a work in progress and that's fine, I'm willing to learn and excel to the glory of God (He did bless me with this gift after all) No one can claim they know it all (even the masters were once students) and this is just the beginning for Glamorous Looks (remember the name)
